How To Fund Bet9ja Account With Opay Wallet : My Bitter Experience. I really don't know why I decided to use opay wallet app to fund a bet9ja account because it ended up as the wrong platform to make use of if you want to fund any betting account instantly especially when you needed the fund to be ready before the games starts. I did a giveaway recently through my soccer prediction app which I intend funding multiple bet9ja account. So I thought the best platform to make use of would be opay wallet since they have been advertising their funding of most of the Nigerian betting account instantly such as bet9ja, Nairabet, betway, 1xbet etc.
I was really sure the users are going to get their account funded instantly since it was weekend so they could stake bets before the games started.
The giveaway was to fund 10 punters account and the first one I tried to fund was with opay wallet. Immediately I did the transaction, the transaction got stuck on pending. I thought it would just be for few seconds. It went from few seconds waiting to minutes and then to hours. I decided to chat them up via their chat system inside the opay wallet. Someone responded after hours.
Immediately I could say more things about the transaction, the person is no where to be found. They keep sending me covid19 message to stay safe. did I tell them that was the reason I chatted them up.
Now I decided to allow few hours to pass hoping the issue would have been resolved by then, but it turns out that opay wallet doesn't seem to resolve it. The waiting gets to the following day and the transaction was still pending. I asked them for refund because I got tired of waiting and decided to use another platform to fund the users account which was instantly.
I contacted opay wallet customer support via chat again, all I get was still covid19 message to stay safe. This Time I got pissed off as this is taking too much time. Imagine if the funding is over 5k or more. That is how it will get stuck without anyone providing solution.
As at the time of writing this post, the money is still pending and opay wallet customer support is no where to be found. No response, no solution. This is very bad I must say. If the money is huge, that is how it will be pending. I will advice you guys reading this to think twice before trying to use opay wallet for funding any of your betting account especially if you are looking for instant funding without waiting. their advert may seem attractive but the delay is really bad.
except you want your fund to be stuck like mine for days or even weeks. This transaction is going to 3 days now as at the time of writing this post and I don't even have hope of getting a refund.
I regret using opay wallet to fund bet9ja account because the system is just too bad. I was planning to write detailed tutorials on how to use opay wallet to fund betting account in Nigeria but after I tried it this time, it was very bad experience. My money is still stuck in pending. So guys use the other platform from bet9ja site to fund your bet9ja account if you are looking for instant funding.
